Commercial Operation

The BeeRing‘s 4,000 hives traveled 11,336 miles per year from 2003 to 2021 pollinating different corps in the United States. In the last 10 years, he have lost 2,800 hives annually, which represented a 70% lost during each year.

After more than 30 years working as beekeeper for commercial honey production and crop pollination, Javier Camilo, The BeeRing CEO, started witnessing premature swarming and wondered why bee colonies were abandoning human-made hives on both commercial activities, honey production and corps pollination. He decided to quit his commercial beekeeper activities and found The BeeRing to work with experts in the field to find the source of this premature bee swarming.
